The myRETINA Health Program aligns ophthalmology leaders, USPI facilities, and our patients to create trusted partnerships that deliver care optimization and complete health®. This physician-led, patient-centered service line can enhance the facility’s portfolio of service while providing enhanced access to care for patients needing retinal procedures. THE OPPORTUNITY

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy are two of the most common eye conditions treated with vitreoretinal procedures. Both of these conditions are shown to nearly double by 2050, resulting in a growing demand for surgical intervention of vitreoretinal procedures.

PHYSICIAN CHAMPION PROFILE

The myRETINA Health Program will require a Physician Champion who has a good reputation in the community, supports USPI’s commitment to quality and compliance, and is:

  • A fellowship-trained, Board Certified Ophthalmologist
  • Trained in vitreoretinal procedures
